The Cyberpark Business Center project was carried out in two phases. The first phase consisted of two blocks, while the second phase consisted of one block. The first phase was completed in 2003, and the second phase was completed in 2007.
In the first phase, air conditioning was provided using natural gas-fired ducted air conditioning units. In the second phase, fan coil units and air handling units were used for air conditioning. In both phases, the entire ventilation system was manufactured and installed by our company.
In addition, we designed and completed all mechanical installation works for approximately 60% of the leased spaces within the building. The project was carried out on a partial material supply basis, and the equipment listed below was used.
The first phase was completed within 12 months, and the second phase was also completed within 12 months.
