The heating, cooling, ventilation, wastewater, plumbing, fire protection, and automatic control systems of the business center were installed by our company. The retail stores were air-conditioned using fan coil systems. Ventilation within the stores was provided through exhaust and fresh air systems. Hood exhaust ventilation systems were installed for the fast-food areas. A complete fire protection system, including sprinklers and fire hose cabinets, was installed throughout the entire business center. The system was operated through computer-based control. The project was completed within 24 months.
