The heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, fire protection, and automatic control systems of the business center were installed by our company. The storage areas were air-conditioned using fan coil systems. Exhaust and fresh air ventilation systems were provided within the storage areas. A chimney-type exhaust ventilation system suitable for fast-food operations was installed. Sprinkler systems and fire hose cabinets were installed throughout the entire business center. The automatic control system was implemented through automation. A computer-controlled system is in operation. The project was completed within 5 months.
